A psychiatric patient who cannot swallow, an epileptic in an acute ward, a child who needs a syrup — each needs a different format of the same therapy. We run five of them in-house rather than outsourcing the awkward ones.

Material intake
Actives and excipients are quarantined on arrival and tested against specification before anything is released into production. Nothing enters the floor on a supplier's word alone.

In-process control
Weight, hardness, disintegration and fill volume are sampled through the run rather than only at the end, so a drift is caught while the batch can still be corrected.

Batch release
Finished product is tested and formally released against the batch record. No dispatch note is raised until that release is signed.

Traceability
Every pack traces to its batch and every batch to its documentation for the full retention period, so a query years later still has an answer.

What are the minimum order quantities?
MOQs differ by presentation — injectables and modified-release lines carry different minimums to plain tablets. Ask for the current schedule against the brands you intend to carry.
Do you supply outside the four states?
The appointed network covers four states today. We do consider adjacent territories where there is real prescriber demand — tell us what you are seeing on the ground.
What documentation ships with an order?
Invoice, batch number and expiry against every line. A certificate of analysis is available on request for any batch we have supplied.
